Technically, the buyer does not pay the buyer broker. The buyer broker is paid by the commission split that was entered into the listing agreement by the seller. If the seller’s agreement pays a commission of 5-6% for selling the house, then the commission is split 50/50 between the listing broker and buyer’s broker.

When you work with us as the buyer’s broker, we will be able to issue you a buyer commission rebate up to 2% of the purchase price.
