Improving Usability

With the help of a web developer, it was time to tweak the usability of Lifemana, a Herbalife Independent Distributor website. Since establishing it in 2003, it has steadily served its customers as intended in providing them with product information on a 24/7 basis. Customers can easily locate any product information and are able to contact a product specialist when needed.

  • Added a sign-in feature to remember user addresses to speed up the check out process.
  • PDF product labels were added to each product page.
  • Audio product spotlights were added to each product page if they were available.
  • Product ingredients were converted to images for easy accessibility without opening up individual PDF labels.

Lastly, a Lifemana facebook fan page was created for fans to follow us and receive Herbalife product updates in a timely manner.

Overall, the changes have helped improved the website’s usability.
