That’s the current order of a new website getting indexed by the 3 major search engines.

1. A new website was launched this weekend and it took 3 full days to appear in Google with one page and 4.5 days for all the web pages to be indexed. And so far, Google is the only search engine delivering natural search traffic to the site.
2. Bing took 5 days and indexed one page of the website.
3. Yahoo has shown no progress after 5 days even with sitemaps and authentication through the Yahoo site explorer tools.

It is safe to conclude that Bing and Yahoo still lag behind Google in terms of search technology and indexing powers.
